Responsibilities

Own day-to-day management of social media channels for The Emily Hotel, Fora, and Selva, with strategic direction from the Marketing Manager

Create engaging, on-brand content including photo, video, captions, and stories

Schedule posts and manage publishing calendars across platforms

Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community

Track, analyze, and report on channel performance, providing insights and recommendations

Scout and identify relevant micro, mid-tier, and macro influencers aligned with each brand

Coordinate hosted visits, including outreach, scheduling, and follow-up

Communicate internally with hotel and restaurant teams to ensure smooth and successful influencer experiences
