Marketing Coordinator

**Objective**: Build program infrastructure to support Corporate MKT programs.
**Tasks**: Control and monitoring of activities for Corporate MKT
- Assist the BPS Marketing area in the implementation of short-and medium-term strategies
- Coordination of end-user-focused events in the SMB and Enterprise segments
- Track SOW signatures
- PO approval follow-up
- Invoice review
- Event proposal documentation
- Sort / document execution information end to end
- Event closure, POE, Recap, etc.
- Coordinate the process of generating, monitoring, controlling, and assigning leads with the sales and tracking
team of leads/opportunities in CRM
- Control of the MKT Welcome Center in WeWork
- In the matter of digital and face-to-face activities:
- Document the media plan, Flow or event proposal, arts (visual) in the Teams Commercial PSMarketing
Mexico and OneNote of the area.
