  • Point of contact for external marketing topics (PR, social media, site branding, customer events, sales campaigns, etc.)
  • General coordination with internal and external stakeholders to support content creation and publishing approvals for social media posts, project editorials, press releases, and website content
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop marketing strategies 
  • Preparation of design briefs for sales promotions, flyers, brochures, social media posts, etc. according to corporate design guidelines
  • Publishing support to maintain and update sales and marketing collateral including flyers, brochures and presentations
  • Planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns targeted at external audiences
  • Organizing and coordinating client events, trade show and other promotional activities
  • Maintain filing system of marketing collateral, address database and promotional items
