Overview
Summary The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Canadian sales organization with trade show events, customer trainings and promotional items. The Marketing Coordinator will work with the three Canadian sales regions, but will be stationed in our Mississauga office reporting to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of Belimo trade show program
- Coordinate consistency of displays and exhibits to promote Belimo branding and positioning
- Manage inventory of booth properties and graphics
- Organize product sample kits, related displays and demonstrations to support the promotion of key campaigns
- Book booth space, meeting space, registration badges, housing, etc
- Contract outside vendors for exhibit construction, event management and maintenance
