Marketing Coordinator

Overview

MARKETING COORDINATOR. Reporting to the Marketing/Proposal Manager, the Marketing Coordinator helps lead and support a wide variety marketing efforts across Magil Construction. This position will assist in the development and delivery of the overall marketing efforts of Magil Construction and will support our work in respect to our brand, social media, events, website content, communications, and internal customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in the preparation of RFP, RFQ, and proposal submissions for public and private construction projects
• Research potential project opportunities and assess alignment with company capabilities and strategic goals
• Develop, edit, format, and maintain proposal documents and templates using Adobe InDesign and other relevant tools
