**Your new role**
As an Marketing Coordinator you will be in charge of:
- Market research
- Preparation of proposals in accordance with corporate guidelines
- Preparation of presentations, of tourbooks Preparation of semi-annual reports, with 18 industrial markets in Mexico in coordination with the CDMX Industrial Office
- Electronic brochures, Design of signs and banners for properties
- Close communication with HQ in CDMX and with HQ in Chicago, corporate practices Execution and coordination with the CDMX team to upload listings and properties to the company's website
