Marketing Coordinator - Norway

STS Norway seeks a creative Marketing Coordinator for our Oslo office. You'll work with central marketing, sales, ambassadors, and international colleagues on a range of responsibilities that blend creativity and analysis to showcase the power of cultural exchange.
**What you will do**
- Plan and execute marketing activities and campaigns.
- Manage social media (content, publishing, follow-up).
- Update website content and manage publishing.
- Create marketing materials (catalogues, presentations, ads).
- Work in CRM (leads, campaigns, customer journeys).
- Monitor/report KPIs and marketing results.
- Coordinate fairs, webinars, events, ambassador activities.
- Contribute ideas to strengthen Educatius/STS brands.
- Collaborate with sales for strong pipeline/conversion.
**What you will bring**
- Bachelor's in marketing/communications (or final year).
- Social media/digital marketing experience.
