MARKETING COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Lead Generation

• Make outbound marketing calls to residential and commercial clients

• Follow up on enquiries from WhatsApp, phone, email, and online platforms

• Promote aircon services (installation, servicing, repair, chemical wash, contracts)

• Source new clients and bring in business opportunities

2. Client Coordination

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and technicians

• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable aircon solutions

• Schedule site visits, servicing, and installation appointments

• Ensure smooth coordination and timely service delivery

3. Sales Support

• Prepare quotations and service proposals

• Follow up on quotations and close sales
