Frontline Systems, Inc. is a growing importer and wholesaler serving business-to-business distribution partners across Canada and the USA. We're looking for a creative professional to help elevate our brand, marketing strategy and marketing materials.

Strategic & Planning Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (email, social, web, print).
  • Track and analyze performance metrics and recommend optimizations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on campaign results and marketing ROI.
  • Assist in budget planning and allocation for campaigns.

Marketing Execution

  • Manage day-to-day execution of marketing activities.
  • Support email marketing strategy and content development.
  • Execute social media plans, including calendar management and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with external partners (vendors, printers, agencies) as needed.
  • Maintain and update website content using CMS tools.

Graphic Design & Creative Work

  • Create eye-catching graphics for digital ads, social media, brochures, catalogs, and other collateral.
  • Build visual assets for campaigns in line with brand guidelines.
  • Prepare files for print and digital distribution.
  • Edit and produce basic video content or animated graphics (bonus).
  • Maintain the brand asset library and ensure design consistency.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 1–3+ years of experience in marketing, communications or design.
  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and design principles.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (social platforms, email marketing, analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress development
  • Experience creating marketing assets optimized for various digital channels
  • Background in B2B marketing or wholesale/distribution industries
