Job Description

We are looking for a creative, data-driven Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team. We don’t just fill roles; we support your journey from the initial interview through your long-term career growth. This is a net-new position on a high-performing team of three, providing a unique chance to be the foundational fourth member. While initially a 12-month contract, there is a strong strategic intent to convert this role to a permanent full-time position (FTE). You will be working directly on brand and product marketing for a household name in digital banking, helping to bridge the gap between bold creative ideas and real-world business results.

Advantages
Work Structure: * Hybrid: 37.5 hours per week. Mandatory in-office days are Tuesday and Thursday (plus the fourth Friday of every month) at a premier downtown Toronto office (Bay Street area).

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
