As the Marketing Coordinator, you will assist the Director of Marketing, Senior Business Development, and Estimating Department with business development tasks with a strong emphasis on providing marketing support services. Marketing: The process of creating awareness for the firm and providing support for business development activities.

Principal Duties:

  • Assist with the tracking of Business Development opportunities and Estimating Department engagements. Maintain tracking reports for Business Development activities; Collect, analyze, and summarize marketing and customer relationship data, and prepare reports.
  • Work with the Director of Marketing and the Estimating Department in the development of proposal responses to RFP's; Duties will include team coordination, research, writing and editing copy, implementation of graphic design elements, print layout, proposal delivery, etc.
  • Extensive computer software used to create company offers/solicitation/identity/PR/marketing collateral.
  • Write and edit copy, design and implement layouts, print and bind full-size brochures that highlight company strengths that differentiate the company from the competition (print and electronic formats). Contents to include resumes, company database of information, project descriptions, project profiles, inclusionary statistics, advertisements, etc.
  • Assist with networking opportunities, forums, seminars, trade shows, and company events.
  • Assist in the design, updates, and inventory management for all company collateral and branded products.
  • Press Releases - research, interview, write copy for, and publish press releases for company events/news.
  • Social media - research, interview, write copy for, photograph, and post company events/news.
  • Coordinate/execute project and employee photo shoots, digital retouching, and manipulation of digital files.
  • Contribute photos and content while updating/maintaining the company website.
  • Assist the Director of Marketing with communications with external creative service providers.
  • Perform additional requests from Senior Management and the Director of Marketing related to branding, business development, and marketing.

Qualifications for the position:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Thorough understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and delivery methods.
  • Expert-level computer software proficiency; knowledge, skills, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite / Adobe Creative Cloud products (InDesign, Photoshop, & Illustrator).
  • Strong computer software skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent mindfulness with layout, color, lighting, scale, proportion, etc.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Persistent; Follow through consistently; Ability to improvise, adapt, and overcome under pressure and meet deadlines.
