1. Travel Operations
Handle travel enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Prepare quotations, itineraries, booking confirmations, and invoices.
Manage reservations for flights, hotels, tours, activities, and transportation.
Liaise with suppliers, travel partners, and customers to ensure accurate arrangements.
Monitor booking status, handle amendments, and resolve travel-related issues.
Ensure all travel documents and customer details are complete and accurate.
2. Customer Service
Provide clear product information and travel guidelines to customers.
Support customers before, during, and after their trip.
Handle basic customer complaints or escalations professionally.
3. Marketing
Create simple posts, captions, and travel package highlights for social media.
Upload, schedule, and manage daily/weekly content on company platforms.
Assist in replying to enquiries or comments from social channels.
