Job Description

The Byrom/MATCH group operates hospitality, accommodation and ticketing programmes at major global sports events. The objective of the Group Digital Data Analyst is to transform group-wide web and digital data into insights, and insights into actions.

The Digital Data Analyst will collaborate with Marketing, Sales and IT teams to ensure our analytics foundation not only enables precise measurement today, but also evolves to meet the next generation of commerce-agentic, conversational, and AI-driven.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing governance and implementation of analytics tools ensuring consistent taxonomy and event standards across platforms.
  • Defining and executing a holistic digital analytics vision.
  • Developing, maintaining, and distributing key performance reports and dashboards.
