Position: Marketing & Database Management Executive Employment Type: Full Time Job Location: Gurgaon/Jammu Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail driven Marketing & Database Management Executive to support the upkeep, accuracy, and strategic use of our HubSpot CRM. This role combines data stewardship with light touch marketing support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys structured operational work while also contributing to creative marketing activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining highquality contact and company data, monitoring market movements (job changes, mergers, acquisitions), and ensuring internal teams are kept informed of relevant updates. Alongside this, they will support broader marketing initiatives such as social media content, basic graphic design, and presentation development. Key Responsibilities CRM & Database Management (Primary Focus) Maintain and update HubSpot contact, company, and deal records to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Monitor industry activity including job changes, promotions, company restructures, mergers, and acquisitions. Research and verify changes using LinkedIn, company announcements, and industry news sources. Flag relevant updates to internal stakeholders and provide concise summaries of key movements. Support segmentation, list building, and data enrichment for campaigns and reporting. Ensure compliance with data governance standards and GDPR best practices. Marketing Support (Secondary Focus) Create and schedule social media posts aligned with brand guidelines. Support the development of marketing collateral including graphics, onepagers, and presentations. Assist with event preparation, email campaigns, and other marketing activities as needed. Maintain brand consistency across all materials and channels. Requirements Essential Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM platform) for data management and reporting. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data accuracy. Ability to research and verify information quickly and reliably. Excellent written communication skills, particularly for summarising findings. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Desirable Experience in a marketing, CRM, or sales operations support role. Basic design skills (Canva, or similar). Familiarity with social media scheduling tools. Understanding of B2B marketing and/or professional services sectors. Personal Attributes Curious, proactive, and naturally inclined to spot patterns or identify changes. Highly organised with a structured approach to managing information. Collaborative and communicative, able to keep stakeholders informed without prompting. Comfortable balancing routine tasks with occasional creative projects. Keen to learn and grow within both CRM and marketing disciplines. UG: Any Graduate, B. Tech/B.E. in E&C, CS, IT

Microsoft Power Platform – including experience of entity customisation, form scripting using JavaScript and development of workflows and plugins.
