Job Description
Role Summary:
Netchex is seeking a strategic and results-driven Demand Gen Manager to lead demand generation initiatives that drive pipeline growth and revenue across our B2B SaaS payroll and HCM solutions. This role will own the end-to-end demand generation strategy, managing multi-channel campaigns that support new customer acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell motions across SMB, mid-market and enterprise segments. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to align marketing efforts with sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation Strategy & Execution
- Own and evolve the demand generation strategy to drive qualified pipeline and revenue for Netchex’s payroll and HCM products
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns across partner marketing, email marketing, content marketing, webinars, events, nurture and ABM
- Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches, partner launches and feature releases
Funnel, Pipeline & Revenue Growth
- Drive acquisition, nurturing, and conversion across the full funnel (lead → MQL → SQL → opportunity → revenue)
- Partner closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to track and optimize lead routing and SLAs
- Work closely with partnership orgs to create campaigns that drive revenue from partner channel
- Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity
Marketing Operations & Technology
- Own demand generation workflows within marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
- Ensure accurate campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting
- Collaborate with RevOps to improve data hygiene and funnel visibility
Analytics & Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, CAC, ROI, pipeline contribution, and revenue attribution
- Work cross functionally to develop dashboards and reporting for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation to continuously optimize performance
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Product Marketing to align messaging with buyer personas, verticals, and customer pain points
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to support growth initiatives
- Manage external agencies and vendors as needed
- Manage Marketing Programs Manager who will support planning and execution of campaigns, email marketing and nurture path creation
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing
- Proven success driving pipeline and revenue
- Strong experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
- Understanding of B2B buyer journeys, attribution models, and funnel metrics
- Experience managing multi-channel paid and organic campaigns
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Experience in payroll, HCM, HR technology, or fintech SaaS a plus
- Experience supporting partner or channel-led demand generation
- Prior experience managing or mentoring team members
