Responsibilities: 

• Be a Visionary: Translate bold and creative concepts into compelling visual narratives, craft clear briefs, and engage senior stakeholders to align with strategic goals.

• Oversee art direction: Manage creative pipelines across various projects, support the team in prioritising tasks, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful visual outcomes.

• Manage design asset workload distribution and creation: Oversee the creation of design assets through self, team, and external resources to support internal communications and marketing activities across both frog and Invent brands. This includes reports, POV publications, social media flashcards, videos, assets for mailers, websites, and business-branded templates (e.g., PPT, Teams backgrounds, email signatures, ...
