Job Purpose
Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Pain, Cardiometabolic (Cardio, Vascular, Metabolic) and High Specialties therapeutic areas by defining and executing end‑to‑end marketing strategies that accelerate P2G performance, maximize product and portfolio value, and support the achievement of commercial objectives in Mexico. Partner closely with Commercial, Trade Marketing, Medical, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and senior leadership to drive sustainable growth and deliver the sales targets defined in the AOP and the LRP.
Job Overview
This role has full strategic and operational responsibility for the assigned therapeutic areas, including P&L ownership, brand equity development, launch excellence, and the design and execution of marketing and commercial strategies that support both sell‑in and sell‑out performance.
The Marketing Director will lead a multifunctional team (Product Management, Design Hub, Sales Force Training) and act as the reference point for all matters related to Pain, High Specialties and Cardiometabolic TAs. This includes building a mid-‑ to long‑term growth strategy, executing the launch roadmap, participating in pipeline selection, and partnering with cross‑functional leaders to ensure competitive positioning, customer relevance, and commercial impact.
