Job Description
Your mission
- Plan and execute internal and external events—from small customer gatherings to large global conference stages that leave a lasting impression on our community, partners, and clients
- Coordinate this presence at international conferences, hospitals, and hotels and more—including branding, logistics, communication with vendors, executing payments, and all the other fine details
- Manage the annual event calendar with all relevant decision deadlines
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure flawless execution
- Ensure our event material and demonstration devices are always in top shape, ready to ship around the world
- Support internal and external event communications: brief creative teams and agencies
- Support the Marketing Director in various other projects that align with mutual interest, ability, and need.
