Position - Marketing and Communications
Key Resposiblities:
Assisting the higher management and related departments for all the work related to brand awareness, planning meetings and other related tasks
Plan and execute ATL activities over TV, Radio, Print, Outdoor, PR campaigns
Coordinate between the comapny and the advertising agency for the creative requirements which includes preparing the creative briefs amd provide expalnations to the agency for the various requirements
Coordination with the service suppliers for media planning, buying like Radio, TV, etc.,
Finalize and implementation of contracts with various agencies forAdvertising and communication works
Provide service/purchase orders, monitoring campaigns, verifications of all invoices submitted by vendors and coordianting with the accounts team for bill entry and payment release
Organisizing and carrying out activities for events and festivals, such as coordinating with the agency on all operational work and carrying out all responsiblities
Keeping records of release of all Ads of all categories
Preparing corporate presentations for branding, marketing as required
