@ASK Training is looking for a driven and analytical Marketing Executive (Digital Advertising & Campaigns) to join our marketing team. You’ll take the lead in managing and optimising our paid media campaigns — including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads — while supporting the execution of broader digital marketing initiatives such as social media, email marketing, landing page launches, and content marketing.

This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, results-driven, and eager to grow into a well-rounded marketer. You will collaborate with internal teams to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis using GA4, Tag Manager, and platform analytics to improve ROI and lead quality.
  • Develop ad copy, creative briefs, and landing page requests aligned with campaign goals.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to ensure efficiency.
  • Support end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing (EDMs), remarketing, social media and content amplification.
  • Coordinate organic and paid social campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), ensuring consistent brand voice and alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to plan and publish engaging digital assets such as posts, short‑form videos, infographics, and landing pages.
  • Assist with content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking on social channels.
  • Conduct A/B testing, tracking setup, and post‑campaign reporting to evaluate and optimise results.
  • Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging tools in digital advertising, social media, and content marketing.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or partners when needed (e.g., media platforms, ad credits, campaign support).
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives, product launches, or events.
  • Contribute ideas for content marketing, SEO, website enhancements, or lead generation strategies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing or paid advertising (agency or in‑house).
  • Hands‑on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads (Search & Display); exposure to LinkedIn Ads or Microsoft Ads is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and content coordination.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive learner who enjoys testing, iterating, and optimising campaigns for better results.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
