Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of yearly and quarterly marketing plans and calendar of activities for the respective portfolio of brands.
  • Handle all public relations/exhibition events and work closely with agency including co-ordinate to dealers for event arrangement.
  • Develop and organize events to sharpen the brand & products.
  • Produce detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets).
  • Research venues, suppliers and contractors, then negotiate prices and hire.
  • Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics (venue, catering, travel).
  • Provide support, guidance, materials, and information to dealer network when planning local event.
