Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook Ads (Meta) and Google Ads, focused on driving revenue and customer acquisition.
  • Design and develop engaging, both static and video formats for paid media campaigns, tailored to platform specifications and brand guidelines.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed key KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Manage Shopify backend elements that directly affect ad performance including landing pages, product visibility, tagging, and pixel setup.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, sales, and web teams to ensure alignment between ad campaigns and product/brand strategy.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, targeting, and landing pages to identify high-performing combinations.
  • Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, UTM tracking, and heatmaps to gather insights and improve funnel performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns
