  • ME must report to the station as per the allocated shift time daily.
  • Greet every customer (Good Morning/Good Afternoon/Good Evening).
  • ME must start collecting customer data (Manual/Application) for every customer.
  • Provide appropriate customer service at the station whenever required.
  • Capture the transactions using the application (ISPL Customer Loyalty Program application).
