Customer Service
- ME must report to the station as per the allocated shift time daily.
- Greet every customer (Good Morning/Good Afternoon/Good Evening).
- ME must start collecting customer data (Manual/Application) for every customer.
- Provide appropriate customer service at the station whenever required.
- Capture the transactions using the application (ISPL Customer Loyalty Program application).
