Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and executing of 360 marketing campaigns: both online and offline.
  • Monitor and review effectiveness of promotions and campaigns in relation to KPI.
  • Manage social media channels (content inclusive), website, CRM program and e-commerce platforms.
  • Plan and implement strategies to optimize new customer acquisition, conversion, frequency, and loyalty both online and offline.
