We are hiring a hands-on Marketing Executive to support high-impact growth initiatives across digital performance marketing and offline activations for a fast-scaling consumer lifestyle brand. This role offers end-to-end ownership of campaigns, real budget responsibility, and close collaboration with senior leadership to drive both store footfall and online sales.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Digital Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Manage monthly advertising budgets ranging from ₹5–10 lakh, with scope to scale up to ₹15–20 lakh based on performance.
  • Drive strong conversion rates and ROAS targets of 3:1 or higher.
  • Continuously test and optimize creatives, audiences, funnels, and messaging through A/B experiments.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement data-backed optimizations.

Offline Marketing & Activations

  • Execute store launch campaigns and local marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and manage BTL activities such as mall activations, trunk shows, influencer visits, and in-store events.
  • Support festive and wedding-season campaigns to drive peak-period sales.
  • Build and manage partnerships with event agencies, wedding planners, and local collaborators.

Campaign Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with internal teams including social media, design, and external vendors for seamless execution.
  • Track and analyze key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, conversions, traffic, and footfall.
  • Share weekly performance reports and insights with senior stakeholders.

Success Metrics

  • Consistent improvement in ROAS and conversion performance within the first 6 months.
  • Measurable growth in store footfall and online sales.
  • Ability to independently manage and scale multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Candidate Profile

Required Experience & Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing or campaign management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Comfortable managing budgets and tracking ROI-driven metrics.
  • Ability to handle both digital and offline marketing initiatives.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with a strong focus on outcomes.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in D2C, retail, jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
  • Exposure to omnichannel marketing environments.
