Marketing & HR Coordinator Location: Kadavanthara, Ernakulam Qualification: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Salary: 20,000-25,000 per month Experience: 2 years experience in marketing, HR, or administrative roles (construction or trades industry preferred) Responsibilities: Develop and manage marketing materials including brochures, presentations, proposals, and company profiles Maintain company website and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Coordinate marketing efforts for construction projects, bids, and proposals Assist in branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns Collect project photos, testimonials, and case studies for marketing use Coordinate trade shows, job fairs, and industry events Basic HR functions Requirements Experience in marketing, HR, or administrative roles (construction or trades industry preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Highly organized with attention to detail Professional, discreet, and people-focused Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Growth and development opportunities Supportive team-oriented work environment
