Marketing Intern

1) UX Research & Learning

Assist in basic user research through surveys, interviews, and observations.

Study website user behavior using tools like heatmaps and analytics (with guidance).

Help document user pain points and opportunities for improvement.


2) UI Design Support

Create low-fidelity wireframes and basic UI mockups in Figma.

Assist in designing website banners, landing pages, and UI components.

Follow existing brand guidelines while designing.


3) Website Experience Improvement

Support the redesign and enhancement of website pages.

Help optimize layouts for better readability and engagement.

Work on small UX improvements suggested by the team.


4) Prototyping & Testing

Assist in creating clickable prototypes.

Participate in usability testing sessions and collect feedback.

Make iterative design changes based on feedback.


5) Collaboration

Work closely with:

Marketing team → for landing pages and creatives

Developers → to understand how designs are implemented

Senior Designer → to learn best practices in UX/UI


6) Learning & Documentation

Learn UX principles, design systems, and usability standards.

Maintain organized Figma files and design assets.

Document design decisions when required.
