JOB PURPOSE

As a Marketing Lead (Dove Skin Cleansing), you will own and drive three critical growth engines within the Personal Care business: Men Skin Cleansing leadership, Total Personal Care E-commerce performance, and Dove Personal Care Other Say demand generation.

This role requires strong strategic thinking, data-driven execution, and cross-functional leadership to accelerate category growth, brand power, and digital demand across Dove, Dove Men+Care, Axe, and Rexona, while reinforcing Unilever's leadership in high-value segments.
