Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Lead to spearhead Enout’s end-to-end marketing efforts. This role will oversee brand strategy, performance marketing, and campaign execution while driving measurable business growth. The ideal candidate is both a creative thinker and strong executor, capable of leading integrated marketing initiatives and elevating Enout’s brand presence across digital and offline platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
  • Oversee social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, paid ads, and website management.
  • Drive lead generation initiatives and track performance through KPIs and ROI metrics.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insight studies to refine strategies.
  • Manage and mentor a cross-functional marketing team, fostering collaboration and creativity.
  • Partner closely with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging.
  • Build and manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and external partners to enhance campaign impact.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or experiential service industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and content strategy.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, analytics, and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Creative, strategic, and data-driven mindset.
  • Experience working with agencies or external partners is a plus.
  • Exposure to event marketing or experiential branding is an added advantage.
