About the Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Lead to build a full-funnel growth engine at Indexed. You won’t just “manage marketing” - you’ll design and run a performance-driven machine that generates high-quality leads for our Sales team to close.
You’ll be responsible for everything from top-of-funnel content and social to mid-funnel email nurturing and CRM automation. You’ll work closely with sales, design, and dev to produce assets that move prospects through the funnel - and hire contractors (social, design, copy) as needed to execute fast.
This role is for someone with obsessive urgency, deep funnel understanding, and the ability to turn ideas into live campaigns without waiting around.
Responsibilities
- Own and build Indexed’s lead generation system across channels
- Develop and manage a full-funnel marketing strategy (awareness → conversion)
- Set up and run top-of-funnel channels: content, paid social, organic, newsletters
- Own mid-funnel nurture via email marketing and CRM flows
- Brief and manage contractors (social media, graphic design, copywriting)
- Collaborate with the Sales Executive to ensure qualified leads are handed off
- Coordinate with developers on landing pages, website optimization, and lead forms
- Report on funnel performance and continually improve conversion rates
- Maintain high brand standards and messaging consistency across all channels
- Move fast, execute independently, and make things happen without waiting
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years in B2B marketing or growth roles (agency or SaaS preferred)
- Experience in SEO, agency, or services marketing
- Experience building lead funnels across content, paid, and email
- Strong understanding of CRM, email flows, and sales handoff
- You’ve built or scaled marketing systems from scratch
- Familiar with HubSpot, Notion, Webflow, Slack, and Figma
- Obsessed with speed, results, and attention to detail
- Excellent project manager - able to coordinate people and timelines
- Strong communicator and creative thinker
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
