to own and scale our lead generation engine.

What you'll do

• Build and optimize
  high-intent lead generation campaigns
  (Google Ads, PPC, Social Ads) for homeowners & HVAC pros
• Use
  CRM & historical sales data
  to optimize campaigns by geography, demographics, and behavior
• Own
  SEO strategy
  for technical, high-ticket keywords (boilers, heat pumps, radiant heating)
• Optimize funnels, landing pages, and lead magnets to
  maximize lead-to-sale conversion
• Lead
  HubSpot automation
