Requirements
Required qualifications and experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA/PGDM in Marketing is an advantage.
• 4–6 years of total marketing experience, with at least 3 years in B2B/technology/industrial/electronic instrumentation or similar technical domains.
• Hands‑on experience in planning and executing physical and virtual events, preferably with global technology brands or channel/partner ecosystems.
• Proven experience running email marketing campaigns (ideally on Zoho Campaigns or similar tools such as HubSpot/Mailchimp) and analyzing campaign performance.
• Practical experience with social media marketing and management tools (Zoho Social or similar) for LinkedIn‑centric B2B audiences.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, lead management, and basic CRM workflows; experience with Zoho ecosystem is a strong plus.
• Exposure to digital marketing techniques: SEO basics, landing page optimization, UTM tracking, and basic analytics (Google Analytics, Zoho analytics dashboards, etc.).
Skills and competencies
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing for high‑value, technical products; ability to translate complex test and measurement solutions into clear value propositions for engineers and decision‑makers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to draft professional emails, social posts, event copy, and marketing collaterals.
• Good design sense and ability to brief agencies or work with basic design tools (Canva or similar) to create on‑brand marketing assets.
• High level of ownership and initiative; comfortable working in a lean team and handling multiple projects in parallel with tight timelines.
• Strong co‑ordination and relationship‑building skills to work with internal sales, applications, management, and external stakeholders at Keysight, Fluke, and other principals.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to interpret campaign, event, and funnel metrics and recommend corrective actions.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events, trade shows, customer programs, and principal co‑marketing activities across India.
Location and reporting
• Location: Bengaluru, with primary office at ARTS headquarters.
• Reporting to: Senior Management/Business Head – Test & Measurement (or equivalent designation).
