Role overview

Applied RealTech Systems Private Limited (ARTS), a Bengaluru‑headquartered electronic test and measurement solutions provider, is seeking a Marketing Manager with around 5 years of experience to lead all marketing activities for the company. The role will own brand visibility, demand generation, and marketing operations across India in close collaboration with sales and principal partners such as Keysight Technologies and Fluke.



Requirements

Required qualifications and experience

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA/PGDM in Marketing is an advantage.
 4–6 years of total marketing experience, with at least 3 years in B2B/technology/industrial/electronic instrumentation or similar technical domains.
 Hands‑on experience in planning and executing physical and virtual events, preferably with global technology brands or channel/partner ecosystems.
 Proven experience running email marketing campaigns (ideally on Zoho Campaigns or similar tools such as HubSpot/Mailchimp) and analyzing campaign performance.
 Practical experience with social media marketing and management tools (Zoho Social or similar) for LinkedIn‑centric B2B audiences.
 Familiarity with marketing automation, lead management, and basic CRM workflows; experience with Zoho ecosystem is a strong plus.
 Exposure to digital marketing techniques: SEO basics, landing page optimization, UTM tracking, and basic analytics (Google Analytics, Zoho analytics dashboards, etc.).

 

Skills and competencies

 Strong understanding of B2B marketing for high‑value, technical products; ability to translate complex test and measurement solutions into clear value propositions for engineers and decision‑makers.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to draft professional emails, social posts, event copy, and marketing collaterals.
 Good design sense and ability to brief agencies or work with basic design tools (Canva or similar) to create on‑brand marketing assets.
 High level of ownership and initiative; comfortable working in a lean team and handling multiple projects in parallel with tight timelines.
 Strong co‑ordination and relationship‑building skills to work with internal sales, applications, management, and external stakeholders at Keysight, Fluke, and other principals.
 Data‑driven mindset with ability to interpret campaign, event, and funnel metrics and recommend corrective actions.
 Willingness to travel occasionally for events, trade shows, customer programs, and principal co‑marketing activities across India.

 

Location and reporting

 Location: Bengaluru, with primary office at ARTS headquarters.
 Reporting to: Senior Management/Business Head – Test & Measurement (or equivalent designation).
 Employment type: Full‑time, on‑site with flexibility for travel during events and campaigns

Job Summary : The Sales Co_ordinator is a primary support resource for our customers, OEM partners and outside sales team. They are responsible for working collaboratively with the customers and outside sales team as a Backend Sales Co-Ordinator to manage Enquiries in form of Email enquiries, Phone call enquiries, tender notifications. They need to assign enquiries to appropriate field Sales engineers also. In consultation with field and application engineers, they should configure and prepare Estimates / Quotes / Tenders against requirements. The Tenders / Quotes Engineer must be able to understand the technical requirements of customers accurately, figure out configuration recommendations given by Field engineers or Application engineers. They must be able to look up Commercial Price Lists of the Company / OEMs and prepare offers / submit online / offline which are not only technically correct but also commercially right. Responsibilities Primary: · Assist outside sales team in executing and achieving their territory and market business plans by proving all the Backend support towards preparing Quotes / Tenders. · Resolve internal and external technical / commercial support requests or issues related to product selection, application, specification, installation, etc. in collaboration with the Field / Application engineers. · Extensive interaction with customers, OEM partners and team via phone and email as needed. ·. Maintain a reasonable level of minimum product knowledge and application. · Additional: · Commercial processes for quotation, receipt of order, order entry, shipment and delivery of order, and resolution of return requests and quality issues. Identify and communicate customer's needs and sales opportunities to help future growth Qualifications Required : BE / BTech in Electronics / Communication Engineering or Diploma in Electronics / Communication Engineering with adequate relevant experience (Mechanical / Civil / Production engineers will not be considered ) Experience : 2 to 5 Years in similar Backend Tender / Quotes roles of Electronics Engineering products Essential Skills Desired : · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) · Basic understanding of Electronics / Communication Engineering · Working understanding of Electronics Test & Measurement equipment · Strong communication, Interpersonal and organizational skills · Customer Service or Sales Support experience · Proficiency with CRM/Database tools
