Job Description
This role plays a critical leadership function, ensuring marketing initiatives directly support revenue growth, brand positioning and long-term commercial success, while aligning with Pullman, Mercure and Accor brand standards.
Key Responsibilities – Marketing Manager
Develop and deliver the annual Marketing plan to drive revenue across accommodation, restaurant, bar, café and conference & events business.
Plan, execute and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns that support leisure, corporate, MICE, food & beverage and local market demand.
Lead marketing strategies to promote large-scale conferences, events and group business, working closely with sales and events teams.
Manage the hotel’s brand presence across websites, third-party platforms and digital channels in line with Accor brand standards.
