Sharp & Carter are partnering with a leading Australian retailer in their search for a Marketing Manager.
This is a senior marketing opportunity within a well-established, multi-channel retail business experiencing continued growth. The role is central to how products and collections are taken to market, with a strong emphasis across media strategy, campaign performance, and commercial impact.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will lead end-to-end go-to-market execution across digital and physical channels, ensuring activity is insight-led, creatively strong, and media-efficient.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage an -month rolling marketing calendar, aligning launches with broader commercial and promotional priorities Develop and lead integrated go-to-market strategies, informed by market insight, customer behaviour, and performance data Take a leadership role in media planning, optimisation, and effectiveness, across always-on and campaign-led activity Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure media efficiency, performance rigour, and continuous optimisation Translate product value into strong customer storytelling through clear creative and media briefs Oversee campaign delivery across digital, social, CRM, PR, influencer, content, and in-store channels Lead pre- and post-campaign analysis, using insights to refine strategy and improve marketing ROI About You
You’re a commercially focused marketer who operates confidently across strategy, media, and execution. You combine strong analytical capability with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes in complex, fast-moving environments.
You will likely bring:
Experience leading end-to-end go-to-market or launch activity Ideally experience working in the retail with experience in omni-channel campaigns. Strong capability across media planning, optimisation, and performance measurement A data-led mindset with a focus on commercial outcomes Proven success partnering cross-functionally and managing agency relationships Next Steps
