Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role involves market research, brand strategy, campaign execution, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
•Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels
•Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
•Manage branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
•Supervise the marketing team, including content creators, designers, and digital marketers
•Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts using analytics tools
•Coordinate with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency
•Oversee the production of marketing materials such as brochures, websites, newsletters, and presentations
•Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
•Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (master's preferred)
•Proven experience (5-10+ years) in marketing or a similar managerial role
•strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing)
•Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
•Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite)
•Strong project management and organizational skills
•Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
