We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and elevate the marketing function of our fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) dairy division. Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels (B2B and B2C)
• Lead brand development, product launches, and market positioning initiatives
• Oversee marketing budgets, campaigns, research, and competitive analysis
• Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering growth and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Production) to ensure marketing alignment
• Drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and market share growth
• Monitor KPIs and present performance reports to senior leadership
🔹 Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in an FMCG environment (preferably dairy or food industry)
• Proven track record in brand strategy, team leadership, and delivering measurable marketing results
• Strong analytical mindset, communication skills, and creativity
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus
