Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop the annual marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insights.
- Set clear KPIs for all campaigns and initiatives.
2. Brand Management
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Oversee creative content, designs, videos, brochures, and corporate materials.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines.
3. Digital Marketing & Performance Management
- Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Improve SEO/SEM to increase website visibility.
- Manage CRM, GTM, Pixels, and conversion tracking systems.
- Generate monthly performance reports and ROI analysis.
