Key Responsibilities


1. Marketing Strategy & Planning


  • Develop the annual marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insights.
  • Set clear KPIs for all campaigns and initiatives.

2. Brand Management


  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Oversee creative content, designs, videos, brochures, and corporate materials.
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines.

3. Digital Marketing & Performance Management


  • Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Improve SEO/SEM to increase website visibility.
  • Manage CRM, GTM, Pixels, and conversion tracking systems.
  • Generate monthly performance reports and ROI analysis.
