Job Description

  • Developing marketing strategies to drive brand positioning and awareness, user acquisition, and supporting the European markets to boost their business plans.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Growth, Product, Community, Compliance) to ensure marketing initiatives are tailored to local user behavior, regulations, and cultural context.
  • Managing partnerships with European media and other relevant big players at European level, and communities to promote Bybit through both online and offline channels.
  • Planning and supporting regional marketing campaigns (e.g. referral programs, promotions, airdrops, webinars, AMAs, trading competitions) together with offline events across European level targeting top tier markets.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and user acquisition data, and iterating based on ROI and engagement.
