This is a Fixed Term Contract role until September 2026.


Scope of the Role

  • Identify key consumer insights, trends, data-points, customer feedback, competition and new regulations and how these fit into our growth strategy roadmap. 

  • Develop a compelling insight-driven 3 Year category strategy to define a clear long term growth roadmap.

  • Leading cross-functional relationships with shopper marketing, category, sales, regulatory, quality teams, external agencies in the development and execution on insight-driven marketing activity and campaigns.
