We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with strong exposure to the 2-wheeler / automotive service segment and a proven ability to execute digital, ATL, and integrated marketing campaigns. This role is critical in enabling franchise growth by accelerating early customer acquisition, driving footfall, and building strong brand visibility from franchise onboarding through launch and scale.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, using data-driven insights to demonstrate ROI, strengthen franchise confidence, and reinforce a customer-centric, transparent, and value-driven service proposition.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Industry & Franchise Marketing Expertise

  • Bring hands-on experience in the 2-wheeler or automotive service industry (mandatory).
  • Understand the vehicle servicing customer lifecycle, including visit frequency, ticket size, and lifetime value.
  • Address franchise-level marketing challenges related to customer acquisition, visibility, and retention.

2. Digital Marketing & Performance Analytics

  • Plan and execute high-impact digital campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and CRM/ERP-integrated platforms.
  • Drive customer segmentation, attribution modeling, and ROI measurement.
  • Design A/B tests and track campaign performance using activity-specific coupon codes and dashboards.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize conversions and footfall.

3. ATL & Integrated Marketing

  • Lead ATL initiatives including print, radio, outdoor, and on-ground events.
  • Build cohesive marketing strategies by integrating ATL with digital and BTL channels.
  • Identify and activate high-impact touchpoints such as salons, gyms, offices, and community platforms.

4. Customer Acquisition & Retention

  • Design and execute strategies to help new franchises acquire their first 100–500 customers rapidly.
  • Create welcome kits, promotional offers, reward coupons, and loyalty programs to improve repeat visits.
  • Reactivate marketing efforts during demand slowdowns to boost walk-ins and service bookings.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are centrally driven and funded, minimizing operational burden on franchises.

5. Strategic Planning & ROI Visibility

  • Build end-to-end marketing visibility from LOI signing to franchise launch and stabilization.
  • Track customer source attribution (brand-led, walk-in, franchise-driven).
  • Present long-term ROI insights and brand impact to support franchise expansion and confidence.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to align marketing execution with service quality and customer experience.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred
  • Experience: 5–8 years of marketing experience in the automotive or 2-wheeler service sector
  • Core Skills:
