Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, owning, and executing the overall marketing strategy for the brand. You will lead brand building initiatives, manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including GTM, Operations, CRM, and Product.

This role requires a strong marketing foundation, hands-on experience with food delivery and quick-commerce platforms , excellent communication skills, and a sharp eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

  • Define and execute the overall marketing and communication strategy in line with business goals
  • Own and evolve brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms, packaging, marketplace creatives, and offline touchpoints

2. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Lead and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, BTL, influencer, and marketplace channels
  • Plan and manage campaigns on Swiggy, Zomato, Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto , and other aggregator platforms
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign execution

3. Lead Generation & Consumer Engagement

  • Coordinate marketing activities to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions
  • Inform and engage consumers through innovative and creative marketing strategies
  • Build long-term brand recall and consumer loyalty through sustained marketing initiatives

4. Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Track, analyze, and optimize the performance of all marketing campaigns
  • Monitor key metrics such as reach, conversions, CAC, ROI, and brand health KPIs
  • Use data-driven insights to improve targeting, messaging, and campaign effectiveness

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with GTM, Sales, Ops, CRM, and Product teams to promote offerings effectively
  • Support new product launches with strong go-to-market strategies
  • Align marketing initiatives with business, supply chain, and operational requirements

6. Reporting & Budget Management

  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, brand metrics, and marketing ROI
  • Track marketing budgets and ensure optimal utilization of spends
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing (FMCG / Food & Beverage / D2C preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing and aggregator platforms (Swiggy, Zomato, Quick Commerce)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
