Marketing Manager (m/f/d) – Innovative Company in Hamburg

Your Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of creative marketing strategies for brand building and increasing sales.
  • Responsible for all online and offline marketing communication, including social media, email marketing, and PR.
  • Analysis and monitoring of marketing performance (KPIs) and continuous optimization of campaigns.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive observation to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Plan and implement event marketing activities and partnerships.
  • Develop targeted marketing content, including texts, graphics, and videos.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.

    • What You Bring:

  • Completed studies in marketing, communication, or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a start-up or growth environment.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong creative skills and a good sense for brand communication.
  • Hands-on mentality and the ability to drive projects independently.
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to optimize marketing strategies based on data.
