Marketing Manager – Marketing & Brand Strategy

We are looking for a senior marketing professional who can think strategically, own execution, and work closely with leadership to drive brand visibility and business growth.

Role Overview

As Marketing Manager – Marketing & Brand Strategy , you will own Cidroy’s overall marketing and brand direction. This includes brand positioning, digital presence, content strategy, and demand-generation initiatives.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, HR, and Technology teams to translate complex offerings into clear, compelling narratives and ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Ownership

  • Define and execute the company’s marketing and brand strategy end to end
  • Strengthen positioning in IT services, ERP, and enterprise solutions
  • Own brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and communication tone

Digital Marketing & Content

  • Oversee LinkedIn, website, email marketing, and relevant digital channels
  • Drive content strategy including thought leadership, case studies, campaigns, and employer branding
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and performance across all marketing outputs

Demand Generation & Business Support

  • Design and run campaigns supporting lead generation and sales enablement
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives
  • Track KPIs, analyze performance, and continuously optimize ROI

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with tech teams to simplify and communicate complex offerings
  • Work with HR on employer branding and culture-led initiatives
  • Act as a bridge between business, marketing, and technology teams

Vendor & Resource Management

  • Mentor junior marketing resources or agencies where applicable
  • Manage external vendors, tools, and marketing budgets
Qualifications & Experience
  • MBA (Mandatory) from a reputed institute
  • IIMs or other top-tier colleges strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles within IT, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and enterprise buyer journeys
  • Proven experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, and campaign execution
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
