Dairy is a large and dynamic category and spans over 20 subcategories primarily divided into Fresh and Value-added Dairy. The fresh business operates with low shelf categories like Fresh Milk, Curd , Lassi, Buttermilk, and Paneer. This Role at Lactalis is to drive strategy, communication, and new product development in these categories and is operated through three regional brands in their respective geographies.
