Marketing Strategy & Planning: Manage and coordinate marketing activities for assigned product lines. Develop comprehensive business plans, marketing objectives, and strategies that align with business goals.


Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a marketing team, fostering a collaborative, creative, and high-performance work environment that drives results and supports professional growth.


Telemarketing: Manage a telemarketing team by providing support through mock calls, monitoring their calls, and conducting monthly progress reviews to ensure optimal performance.


Sales Alignment: Maintain seamless communication with the sales team to ensure marketing activities are in line with sales objectives, optimizing revenue generation.


Branding & Campaign Management: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans, focusing on brand positioning and visibility. Oversee marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive consumer engagement.


Event Planning & Execution: Assist in the development and execution of event strategies, including determining objectives, budgeting, timelines, themes, and vendor coordination.


Brand Identity Management: Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms,including logo, tagline, and visual elements.


Logistics & Coordination: Manage logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor management, event scheduling, and ensuring smooth event execution.


Inventory Management: Ensure that logistics and inventory are in line with marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.


Budget Management: Assist in managing event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective event planning.


Exhibitions & Events: Plan and strategize events and exhibitions across various states to promote brand and products.
