About the Role

Gen Corpus Data Hub is looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead student enrollments, corporate training partnerships, and institutional tie-ups for our IT Training Institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for revenue growth, market expansion, and building long-term relationships with colleges, companies, and placement partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Revenue Growth

• Develop and execute strategies to increase student enrollments and training revenue
• Identify new business opportunities in IT training, upskilling, and certification programs
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

2. Corporate & Institutional Partnerships

• Build partnerships with corporates for corporate training, internships, and placement tie-ups
• Establish MoUs with colleges, universities, and training partners
• Coordinate with HR teams for customized IT training programs

3. Sales & Lead Management

• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → counseling → conversion
• Work closely with counselors, digital marketing, and trainers
• Track leads through CRM and ensure timely follow-ups

4. Marketing & Outreach

• Support marketing campaigns, seminars, workshops, webinars, and campus drives
• Represent the institute in job fairs, education expos, and industry events
• Provide market insights for new course development (AI, Data Science, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.)

5. Team Management

• Lead and mentor business development executives/counselors
• Set performance goals and monitor daily productivity
• Train team on course offerings, pricing, and value propositions

6. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare sales reports, revenue forecasts, and market analysis
• Monitor competitor activity and pricing strategies
• Present growth plans to management
