Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager for a Retail Company to plan and execute both offline and digital marketing strategies that drive footfalls, brand visibility, and sales growth across stores and online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan & execute retail marketing campaigns (online & offline)

  • Drive store footfalls through local marketing & promotions

  • Manage digital marketing (social media, ads, email, WhatsApp)

  • Coordinate with agencies for branding, creatives & campaigns

  • Analyze campaign performance & ROI

  • Manage marketing budget & vendor coordination

  • Support new store launches & promotions

  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints



Requirements

  • Retail marketing & consumer promotions

  • Digital marketing & performance campaigns

  • ATL / BTL / TTL marketing exposure

  • Social media & influencer marketing

  • Data analysis, reporting & ROI tracking

  • Strong communication & leadership skills

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • MBA / PGDM in Marketing

    • Experience in Retail / FMCG / Consumer Brands preferred
