Key Responsibilities:
Plan & execute retail marketing campaigns (online & offline)
Drive store footfalls through local marketing & promotions
Manage digital marketing (social media, ads, email, WhatsApp)
Coordinate with agencies for branding, creatives & campaigns
Analyze campaign performance & ROI
Manage marketing budget & vendor coordination
Support new store launches & promotions
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
Requirements
Retail marketing & consumer promotions
Digital marketing & performance campaigns
ATL / BTL / TTL marketing exposure
Social media & influencer marketing
Data analysis, reporting & ROI tracking
Strong communication & leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA / PGDM in Marketing
Experience in Retail / FMCG / Consumer Brands preferred
