Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Visakhapatnam . The role focuses on driving B2B marketing strategy, digital campaigns, brand positioning, and lead generation for our digital engineering and infrastructure technology services.
You will collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and technical teams to strengthen market presence and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Lead brand building, positioning, and messaging initiatives
- Drive lead generation and demand creation through inbound and outbound campaigns
- Oversee content strategy, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and social media
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape
- Track campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools , ensuring ROI
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies/vendors
- Support sales enablement through targeted marketing initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing or digital marketing roles
- Proven experience in campaign management, brand building, and lead generation
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools
- Excellent skills in content strategy, copywriting, and communication
- Experience in technology, engineering services, or infrastructure domains is preferred
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications , or a related field
