Starbond is a fast-growing adhesive brand serving woodworking, DIY, hobbyist, and industrial markets. We sell directly to consumers (Shopify), on Amazon, and through partners. Our growth is driven by education, creators, performance marketing, and a strong product reputation.

We’re building a scalable, data-driven marketing organization, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to own strategy, leadership, performance—and coach the marketing team to operate at a higher level across all marketing functions.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager is the head of marketing execution and strategy at Starbond.

This role is responsible for:

• Owning the overall marketing strategy and priorities

• Managing, coaching, and developing the Marketing Lead, who runs day-to-day execution
